Frequency & Limits

• California residents may make two free deletion requests in any 12-month period.
• We may refuse excessive, repetitive, or unfounded requests as allowed by law.

Appeals (Where Required by Law)

If we deny your request and you reside in a jurisdiction with an appeal right (e.g., CO/CT/VA), you may appeal within 30 days by emailing support@stacksite.io with the subject "Data Deletion Appeal." We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
