You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create and post through our platform. However, you grant StackSite a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:
- Does not violate any third-party rights
- Complies with the terms of service of the social media platforms you post to
- Does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use StackSite to:
- Post spam, unsolicited content, or engage in misleading practices
- Violate any social media platform's terms of service
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or individuals
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
6. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that StackSite will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
StackSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
